“This is my 1st time ordering from Face The Future and I had a few reservations as I had read some reviews saying stear clear and that the customer service was poor. However my experience, is that the customer service is great. My order was dispatched quickly, but after a week it had still not arrived. The tracking was with Royal Mail and had not been updated I called customer services and spoke to Suzanne, she was very helpful and polite and said she would investigate for me. Within a short space of time, she had emailed me to confirm that the parcel would appear to have been lost and she was arranging for a replacement to be sent. I have now received my product and am happy with how the matter was handled. I would say the customer service is very good.”
