Placed an order but it was 4 days later before despatch so in total it took 11 days to arrive. Disappointed with delivery times far too long.

Problems with the availability of the products I ordered. Recieveing emails daily to say an item was out of stock but the rest of the order would be dispatched that day but this was repeated daily for 4 days. Over a week after the last email and contacting customer service I finally recieved 1 item.

My order was for a birthday gift. So can not say what the products are like. But those items that I ordered where beautifully packaged. Thought I would also order a mystery gift. It still stands as a mystery, because I never received it. Have emailed but no response. So this reflects in my star review

I would have given 5 stars however my last order was delayed due to product unavailability. I was not notified and had to call to find out why I hadn’t received my order.

Delivery was slow (approx. 10 days) and I needed to send an email to track my parcel. I did get a prompt reply and the parcel was delivered shortly after this.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave a review. So sorry to hear that you didn’t receive your order as anticipated. We have recently switched couriers to try and ensure that all parcels are still delivered within the timeframe quoted whilst Royal Mail are having ongoing strikes. Unfortunately, due to the volume of parcels the courier is receiving to process this time of year, and us as a company newly transitioning over to them this hasn’t come without it’s challenges. We have a dedicated member of the team working with the courier to ensure all outstanding queries are dealt with promptly. Good price. But took oh so long for them to dispatch. They said they’d had supply issues (after I called, no response to my email ) but they hadn’t informed me if that. Item eventually came. Meanwhile I’d run out so had to order it elsewhere

Customer service has been lacking as of late. Does not inform customers if there is a shipping issue, no clear communication. Specially considering the amount of money spent every time. Would also suggest more offers/ loyalty for recurring customers would help. Do better!

I am very grateful for FTF giving 25% of revision and all American brands but I have to say 5 days to ship a product is too much, this is really not good enough when spending such a lot of money for medical grade products. You dont get this for cheap products let alone when special £80 for and eye cream and £30 for a cleanser ! Poor extremely poor

I have investigated this for you and can see that you selected Standard UK Delivery (2-5 Working Days) upon checkout. Your order was placed on the 23rd October, shipped on the 25th and arrived on the 28th October making this the third working day. We appreciate how important it can be for your skincare to arrive to you quickly, so we would advise to opt for our premium delivery service if you require the item sooner. I am also very sorry to hear that you cannot see much of a difference in your skin after using your new product. However, to see real changes in your skin this generally takes between one to three months of consistent use so we would advise to keep using your product. We don’t rate your website. Never seem to be able to pay and check out. We waste a load of time then have to ring the order in. Certainly a lovely helpful lady then dealt with us.

I was not told the items were unavailable when I ordered, although my money had been cashed. I did not know to find out about my products because there was no contact phone number

However if due to stock shortage it appears to us that we are unlikely to be able to deliver the products within 5 working days of receipt of your order, we will either: - Contact you within the said 5 working day period to agree a revised date for anticipated delivery of the products. - Re-credit any sum/s that have been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the products concerned. A confirmation email will be sent confirming this refund. I have investigated this further for you and can see that all items in your order were delivered successfully within the 3rd working day. Product came quickly and was packaged in a Jiffy bag. Would have preferred this to be packaged in a sturdy box for protection

This is my third order with Face the Future. Great products and knowledge from customer service. Slow to respond to emails but always very helpful and pleasant. Slow to fulfil order … I am asked to review before receiving my products for the third time. I also placed an order on the same day with another cosmetics company, also fulfilled with Royal Mail and received that a couple of days later.

Good Morning, So sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with your recent experience with ourselves. In terms of the pricing we do offer frequent promotions, discounts and free gifts to give our customers further cost savings where possible and also to try new products, whilst remaining competitive within the market. I can see both a discount code and a full sized Environ free gift were applied to your order, which we hope meant this was more cost effective for yourself. I can see that at the time of checkout you selected 'Free Standard UK Delivery' (2-5 working days) and did contact us in regards to chasing your order, which one of the team advised due to the Bank Holiday and an increase in orders your order would be delivered on the 5th working day quoted. We advise all customers requiring the goods any sooner than the standard quoted to upgrade to our premium delivery option. Once again our apologies you were not completely satisfied with your recent experience, we do aim to fulfil all customer expectations to the best standard and sorry you didn't feel that we met these on this occasion.
