Hi, We have taken a closer look and can see that your order, placed on the 2nd November, was dispatched the same day and is due for delivery today between 8:49am - 12:49pm. This is in line with the 2-7 working day shipping option selected at checkout. You can track your order via the tracking link provided on the Dispatch email sent to you on the above date. My order was sent to the wrong address and I was told it was too late for them to do anything to help me find it so I never received my products or my money back!

Hello Maria, As mentioned by our Customer Service team, your order was dispatched on the 17th October. Due to the parcel showing as 'Incorrectly Addressed', it is currently pending collection or redelivery. Please refer to your tracking information, for further updates. We can see that you have been advised to reach out tomorrow, 24th October, to allow us to liaise with Royal Mail on your behalf, should this not arrive. My first purchase with Face The Future was wonderful. Delivery on time, the order arrived intact at my home, I was very satisfied so I made my second purchase but unfortunately the experience was horrible. The box arrived in poor condition, one of the products I purchased arrived open and had cream all over it. I sent an email to Face The Future reporting the situation that I received my order and requesting a refund of my money, as I was going to the post office to return the items I had purchased. They said that the product would undergo an analysis to prove whether the cream actually arrived at my house in poor condition, or I would have to pay to receive it back, otherwise the cream would be discarded within a few days. I sent several photos that were taken at the exact moment I opened the box that proved my report. I thought it was disrespectful because it was the company's fault, not mine. I had put a much more expensive line of creams from the IS Clinical brand in my basket, as there was a 20% discount on the website for the second purchase. Fortunately, I decided to buy directly from the brand's own website to be safe and ended up buying a cheaper line with Face The Fature. I feel very relieved with this decision. I will never buy from this site again and I do not recommend it to anyone. I'm not returning the product because I don't know if I'll receive another cream as a replacement or get my money back and I won't pay shipping for something I received in bad condition. The cream that I opened goes to waste because I'm not going to apply a cream that arrived at my house opened on my face. I'd rather lose my money than subject myself to the abusive lack of respect from the company Face The Future

We can see our Customer Service team provided a Pre-Paid Returns Label in order to retrieve this from you, as well as reach out to the brand directly to ensure that the matter was rectified as quickly as possible. The message you were sent alongside this provides standard guidance for all product faults reported. You were asked to return this to us, in order for a full investigation to take place with the brand, which in no way would have effected your right to a refund. However, you have since refused to return the item ordered, to allow us to continue with this. Any damages / shortages / incorrect products must be reported to Face the Future in writing within 24 hours from receipt of goods, with full details of the issue, along with photographs of all packaging and contents. If a return / refund / replacement / exchange is required, Face the Future will provide full details on this process during email correspondence. This process may involve you completing a Non Receipt of Goods Declaration Form. Face the Future cannot accept responsibility for damages / shortages / incorrect products reported after the stated 24 hour period.' Please be aware that no products are sent from us in the condition shown. When cases like this arise, we at Face the Future must investigate with the brand or courier. We have also assessed all communications between yourself and the team and can see that no abusive lack of respect took place. Very poor service, item arrived broken, with package soaked in the oil i purchased. 60% of the bottle went to waste and they expected me to ship broken glass back to them in order to get a replacement. Will never purchase from this company again. avoid at all costs.

They claim to dispatch their orders ‘same day’ if ordered before 2pm but they don’t!! False advertising!! They also don’t follow up on emails sent. Avoid at all costs it’s genuinely not worth it when there’s plenty of other decent retailers out there.

I ordered this product by mistake, I paid £23.80 for it, £3.99 post and packing, 4.64 VAT and then per your website, paid over £5 to return special delivery. Perhaps this company should look into pre paid returns. I won’t order from them again!

Hi Karen, We're sorry to hear this. We can see that your order was originally placed on the 28th August and dispatched 1 day later, on the 29th August. From the tracking, this was then delivered to a Safeplace, by Royal Mail, on the 31st August. I purchased a ZO retinol with them in February 2023 and just noticed recently that the product expires in September 2023, which means that it only have six months of use after purchase. I contacted them and they advised me to continue using the product even after expiry date as long as I finish it within 12 moths of opening! I contacted ZO and they confirmed that this is not right, and they would not recommend it. However, Face the Future refused to take responsibility and insisted that I have plenty of time to used up the product. Please do not buy as their products are not up to standard quality and customer service team would not do anything to help.

As advised by our Customer Service team, as the product itself was originally purchased on the 9th February, any concerns would need to have been raised within 24 hours. We however were not contacted until the 22nd August. https://www.facethefuture.co.uk/pages/returns The team did however perform a fully investigation on your behalf, who advised the same as ourselves and also outlined that once prescribed, a Retinol is for immediate or imminent use. Ordered 2 face washes for my daughter, parcel was not delivered to my address and was left on the street. When opened the parcel, the boxes inside were empty. Took a photo and emailed customer service straight away as I still need the items. Customer service made me fill out a form and then proceeded to not help and do nothing about the missing items. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Never met such a customer service team that are so unhelpful and doesn’t care about their customers. I will have to now contact my bank and find another company to buy the products.

Not happy with ‘Rewards’ system. Cannot redeem points without a minimum spend of £150! Cannot redeem points on discounted items! Told different things each time I contact FTF.

The company has taken nearly £10 from me and l have nothing to show for it, you say my house no was not on the delivery, l waited in 3 days Royal mail are rubbish, l am the only person in the road with that name TOWEY.

Would love to have the chance to use the product however it was missing from my parcel. Upon arrival the items damaged box was in my parcel however the item was missing. Face the future say the item was packed so nothing they can do. Paid almost £70 for an item I haven't received. Very upset and won't be using this company again, will stick with CB.

Did not receive this product! I wanted the product in the picture but I received a moroccon oil treatment which is what the description said. I was looking at the pictures as I knew what the product looked like that I wanted - sort out the website please. I would like to know how this is going to be resolved.

I’m very disappointed that the free next day delivery that I have had with FTF for many years has now been removed. I have been a loyal customer since 2006 and have spent many thousands of pounds with you. I ordered last Friday for a holiday this Friday and have still not received my order. I am now going to be going away without adequate spf. This is an appalling service when spending such a large amount of money and I can not over emphasise my disappointment. Expectations run high when cosmetics are of this value and this company provided first class service to match its high end products for 16 years, what has changed? Please don’t tell me that I could have paid for express delivery as this is not the point.
