I have taken a look into this for you and can see our Standard UK Delivery (2-5 Working Days) option was selected at checkout. Your order was placed on the 1st of September, dispatched on the 2nd of September and delivered on the 4th of September which was the third working day since your order was placed. Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback and we are really sorry to hear your order has not yet been received. I have taken a look into this of you and can see your order was placed on the 23rd of August and then dispatched on the 24th of August. Delivery was then attempted on the 25th of august but unfortunately there was no one available to sign for the parcel so this was taken to your local delivery office for re-delivery or collection. “The products are great but I’ve ordered a few times from you and recently each time products have been delayed. Most recent order was attached to a scam from Shop/Shopify asking for additional payment for shipping. On the same order I was also asked by ‘DPD’ to pay delivery costs. Then, on the same order I was asked by ‘Royal Mail’ to pay shipping costs. Face the future advised they were all scams but maybe your data protection needs review? As I’ve not had any scams linked to orders from other online companies. It makes me think twice about using face the future again, as I’m likely to be subjected to scam requests again.”

“Fast and efficient service. Great range of different high end products. My second purchase now of the Mesoestetic fast cream & hydracream fusion. My only disappointment .. I only received one sample product in my delivery, other companies usual give you one sample per product or more; after all these products were both purchased after receiving them as samples - I won’t buy high end products if you can’t try them first!”

“Thought I actually ordered a full bottle of firming cream but 10 x10mls tubes came ..so I squeezed them into a pump bottle ..too early to say if it works on my upper arms ..I'm hoping .”

“Was unable to load a photo on the website to complete the test to see which products would be suitable for my skin. Emailed and received a response a week later saying they can't see the image and didn't respond to my questions. Had already ordered products based on a friend's recommendation by the time they replied. Would've been nice to see if face the future would've recommended it. The universal shade of the spf goes orange and doesn't suit my very pale complexion. Should've ordered the plain spf. Delivery was much quicker than expected.”

“Pleased with the product I purchased. Would be even better if you had plastic free packaging. Also the free sample you gave me contained sodium laureth sulphate which I would never purchase as my family have sensitive skin so as much as I hate waste unfortunately that has gone in the bin. Great discount on the product I wanted though.”

“Delivery was ok and on time. However, they required online consultancy for some products I wanted to purchase and they could not even do it for over a week although I took their online skin test. Later on, one of the staff contacted me just to say I need to do a face to face consultation and should find a clinic to do it to get the products. All this info could have been given from the beginning so I would have waited!”
