I have taken a look into this for you and can see Mia tried to contact you numerous times as arranged however you were unavailable. I can see you requested to return an item due to the product being too small. Upon further investigation we confirmed the product size was stated on the product image and the product description twice. We are however more than happy to accept the return of your item providing our returns terms & conditions are met. Unfortunately we have not received the parcel yet although the post office claim it has been delivered. Track and trace has us going round in circles. Your help in this matter would be much appreciated. Regards Anne McCallum.

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your feedback and we are really sorry the product you received was short dated. We completely understand a product with a 2 month expiry date is not acceptable. We have now processed a full refund for this item and pulled the stock from our shelves to be returned to the manufacturer. Is there no "zero" or negative figure for rating? This has been a horrendous ordeal, in which the absolute zero customer services there treat the customer like dirt, After admitting within ten seconds, that this product looked to have come from a faulty batch, several days later, facethefuture have failed to withdraw and continue to sell this product, while refusing any refund nor even a basic goodwill gesture nor apology. Still not seen a refund. This is a company that try to get away with less than the bare minimum, while taking customers' funds. I had paid almost £80, to be treated like this. The CEO has never called me, as clearly they do not consider their customers worth even a phone call, let alone making good damage. I have been left with eye irritation I now have to pay to get resolved. and acute backpain from two days of having to chase this atrocious company by phone and mutiple emails. Consumer rights reported them to Trading Standards. Paypal also advised to file a formal complaint and have escalated this. Appalling.

I have not received my order which I placed on 25.5.21 today is 29.4.21 I opted for special delivery which cost £6.95 should I not receive by 1.6.21 I will be phoning face the future and I most definitely will not be ordering from this co ever again....disgusting

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your feedback and we are really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your most recent experience at Face The Future. I have taken a look into this for you and can see your order was placed on the 25th of May on our premium delivery service which is 1 to 3 days. The courier then attempted delivery on the 26th, 27th and 28th of May however there was nobody available to accept for the parcel. Unfortunatley, as mentioned on our website this is a signed for service meaning there must be someone available to accept the parcel. I will never again purchase from this company and strongly advise others not to either. I purchased a Skinceuticals vitamin C product which when I opened, had gone off. I was advised that I needed to contact the supplier directly to resolve myself and Face The Future would do nothing. Never before have a received such horrendous/none existent customer service from a retailer who accepts no responsibility for the products that they sell

Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned on our website and in your correspondence with our team "All products should be patch tested before complete use to determine suitability. It is then the customer’s responsibility to determine whether a product is suitable for use on their skin. Whilst advice may be given via telephone or email, FTF cannot be held responsible if a product reacts with your skin. In the instance that a reaction occurs, a reaction form must be completed (from FTF and on some occasions the manufacturer), fully and accurately. This will then be sent on to the product manufacturer and the outcome is at the manufacturers discretion." Paid premium delivey! Regardless of a bank holiday I ordered supplements from another website on a Friday and always get it the next day on a Saturday for less delivery charges.

Received a £26 item of which the seal had been opened and I could not confirm if fluid was missing or something added to the bottle (my cynical mind) so I’ve disposed of the item out of caution. Dealing with customer services got me nowhere. Requests for photos that were repeatedly sent were met with responses that the photos hadn’t come through (had no problems sending to other emails as a test). Although I’m not quite sure what seeing the photos would’ve achieved anyway. I gave up in the end. First and last time I will use them...

I initially completed the required information in order to purchase Environ product from retailer. When I expected purchase to be delivered I received yet a further email to complete questionnaire. All in all longest delivery ever!!!☹️

I am really sorry for any inconvenience the non-receipt of your parcel has caused. Ordered revitalash conditioning treatment however haven't received it despite tracking number showing as delivered. I've emailed customer service and awaiting a resolution to this problem. Full review to follow once I hear back.

As stated on the product listing "In order to keep the levels of active ingredients in this product as potent and effective as possible, this product is short dated. This is to ensure the active ingredients are used when they are at their most potent and will therefore achieve the best results." Unfortunately, due to the product you purchased being formulated with milk the product has a much shorter expiry date then other products stocked on our site to ensure efficiency. I have used this service for the first time as my face treatment cream was available on there website . I paid extra 6.99 for an delivery for 1-4 working days . It’s been over a week I have not received my goods which I’ve spent over 300£ . Now I’ve left with dry skin and my treatment has been delayed !! Very disappointed now I have to wait until they investigate the driver to see where he left the parcel . Not happy I won’t order from them again .
