Took my money over 2 weeks ago, still no product or an email to explain. I emailed to ask where it was only to be told they are out of stock. Can't understand why they took my money if they don't have the products. Will never buy from them again.

I don’t understand, why you send the items with post rather than a package? It last for too long, and I’m not sure when I can get the item, because the tracking system wouldn’t not show every details on it. I have never received a post before, every online-shop use package for the sending except yours. It’s really Ridiculous!

Unfortunately I haven't received my product yet so I am unable to rate it! I ordered on the 29th of Novemeber, it it the 10th of December today and no sign of it, I haven't been updated on progress either.

Dreadful service - they were abrupt, inaccurate and a wasted my time and money. Strongly advise to shop else where for a genuine service, rather than a money making outfit. AVOID

Unfortunatley, as stated on our website "Due to the high concentrations of active ingredients, new Environ customers will need to complete this short consultation form before their order can be dispatched. Orders can still be placed online, however they will not be dispatched until the consultation form has been completed" With the above in mind we are unable to dispatch any orders until this consultation is completed. Product short dated. Short as 6 weeks and price £30 more than other companies. Not willing to refund or exchange product when you complain. I have bought the same product from another company for £80 , its got 6 months expery date. Face the future charge £119. 99. Never again use this company.

Thank you for your feedback and my sincere apologies for any inconveneinces caused by this issue. As we recently mentioned this product was purchase in November 2019 and June 2020 meaning the expiry date was well over 6 weeks at the time of purchasing. Due to the nature of this prescriptive product purchased the expiry date is a maximum of two months to maintain product efficiency. With this in mind the product you have received is exactly as intended and we unfortunatley cannot accept the return of a product which was purchased over 6 months ago. Kind Regards, Face The Future

As stated on our website, European orders generally take between 3 - 20 working days to be delivered, depending on the country and location that the order is being dispatched to. We are advised by the couriers that delays may occur due to Covid-19 restrictions. I’ve tracked the package via Royal Mail website, this is currently listed as in transit.
