Extremly dissapointed that I received no information about the added customs cost. I received a invoice of 650 SEK after delivery. In top of that, One of the ordered products was halv empty and the pump dispenser did not work. Sincerely, Pia Gädda

I brought me a broken order and in order to change it I had to pack it, fill out a form, print the label and take it to emails. When we're locky and We can't leave the house and I don't have a printer. They didn't help me in anything

It's the first time I use this website. After two weeks of purchasing, I still have not received my parcel until now. I contact the customer service and they just ask me to wait for more time. I understand this might be due to the royal mail. But still the experience is bad.

I have checked the tracking on the Royal Mail website which shows the parcel was collected on the 7th January and signed for by Hubbard. Terrible customer service so far. I will not buying again from them. Ive done two big purchases (£240, £190) in the last 10 days and I asked for a couple of products to be returned and replaced with longer expiry dates. One of the serums is expiring in 4 months from purchase date and the other one in 10 months. I kindly asked to swap them for ones that expiry within at least a year from purchase date as I’m nowhere near finishing the ones I’m currently using. They said no, with an extremely bad attitude. Dear Maria Thank you for your comments, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the expiry dates on the products in question. Unfortunately, due to the active ingredients in Environ Retinol Serum 1 & Environ Frown Serum, these items do not have expiry dates within a year as requested. We are one of the UK's biggest retailers of Environ, and we receive fresh stock from the distributor on a daily basis, the items you received arrived with us only a few days prior. If we were able to provide these items with a longer date we most certainly would, however this is not possible for these products. Rubbish!!!!! I received the order and it was not the same as the pic on the website so I called customer services and they agreed with me on that point but they told me to read the description of the product before I buy it...never ordering from this company again

I ordered over the phone and wasn’t told that it would take over a week for the delivery. I needed for an overseas trip, so the item will be returned back to you and should have my refund return to me soon.
