Having purchased from Face the Future numerous times, always the same products, I trusted this company so much I foolishly never checked my invoice and just made payment immediately. My products arrived and I opened them assuming all was well, noticed the change of packaging on the Environ RAD but thought nothing of it. Eventually I picked up the invoice and saw that instead of £18.99 the product was £30. I would have expected that a regular customer would have been advised that the product had actually been changed and when I ordered Environ RAD I should have been told it had been replaced by Environ RAD Mineral at a huge price increase. Trust no more and I will now take my business elsewhere.

The prices of all our products are visible on the website, the PayPal invoice, the customer invoice and the physical invoice within the parcel. The Environ SPF has changed formulation meaning there are various additional benefits for the product prices. Strangely I received fake Hydra factor k cream. I paid £49 and received a generic cheap moisturising cream boots quality. How I could tell the difference is my initial bottle was given by my therapist in a cosmelan maintenance package.

The hydra factor k cream was different then the one provided by my beauty therapist after cosmelan peel. It smell and felt different. The consistency of the cream was thicker and had floral smell. It wasn’t as smooth as the original one. The original one sting on the cracked skins while this one did not . I think I got the fake hydra factor k cream. I have emailed face the future regarding it . I paid £49 for a little tube of fake cream.

Still hadn't received the items that I bought and paid for, will be going out and buying them elsewhere in monday, when I complained, was told courier didn't know where I lived, ....shocking.

The product purchased is not what I expected (seems like it has gone bad) and I have reached out but no one has responded. Bad customer service and should not be selling products they haven’t checked.

Unhelpful & products close to sell by date! I bought skinade at end of January. I had Covid in March I was unable to take skinade, by May I had recovered, so started skinade again, to find they were all out of date.. I had 2 boxes. They told me that skinade always has small bbe date. Which is rubbish, I just received from skinade directly From skinade and there is at least a year to consume product.

This is the 3rd times I bought from Face The Future. Theor products are not cheap from them. I recently bought few items and one of the item glo redness relief powder came with top opened and powder was everywhere in the box. I contacted Face the Future and was ensured this was directly sent from the warehouse and wasn’t a return goods. I was asked to send an email and photo for them to investigate. Later I was told to send it back with a free post label. In my view if they are sure no one has used it and wasn’t a return goods, it is just easier to give discounts on the product .I would be happy to accept it. This just shows the company’ s quality controls for sending out goods is not monitored . This makes me wonder will there be products being resold from customers unwanted used products. Also it is so inconvenient to send it back.
