“Used this service as EE directed me to the site. Initially charged £11 to unlock however on payment I then faced another £29 to complete the process. Found this disappointing as I'd have rather have been advised of the full amount from the get go. Anyway... Once payment was confirmed by them all went OK. Their Web page said the unlock could take up to an hour. However it took about 20 minutes so pleased with the time it took.”

“Wanted to unlock an old phone for my son. Such an easy process. The checks were done very fast...even changed the network because i was not sure what it was and guessed. Then the unlock code. Again extremely quick and code came within 10 mins. Worked, no issues and phone now unlocked. Thank you.”

“Needed to unlock my mother's phone as she was travelling and needed a quick way to do it. Typed in Google unlock EE phone and you guys were the first to come up. Read a reviews and seemed promising. Typed in her IMEI, took mintues to do the necessary checks. Then got the unlock code in my email within the next few mins. Great, quick, efficient service. Will be recommending to others.”
