“Was recommended by a shop to use this service to unlock my phone so it would then let me use my new simcard as the phone was locked to Vodafone. I was abit nervous to use the service as I had never done it before but I can say it was very easy to use easy to follow instructions and I received the unlock code for the phone very quickly. “Used this service to unlock an old phone for my daughter to use as a temporary phone whilst her phone was repaired, easy and quick to do instructions were clear. . Down side was we didn't read/realise how much the unlocking service costed we thought the initial payment was for the hole service, but that was our fault as we should have read the information properly x”
