To finish the unlock on your Samsung Galaxy A20e, follow the instructions we emailed: "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" — insert an incompatible SIM and enter the codes when prompted. Per our terms: "2.1 It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for," and our Refund Policy notes "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable."
