“Solved my SIM unlock issue, took about 4 days. Not sure if it can be solved faster, but I am just grateful it was fixed. They explained each step and where they were at in the process on the home page that you get sent in the email. I would recommend checking price list for full breakdown of pricing. It is a two step process to get a phone unlocked, that isn’t clear unless you read the instructions. The emails are a great tool during the process and the how to after the unlock is completed.”

“The process worked well, but had to make 3 payments to get the process completed, ultimately, it was a quick and easy way to be able to reuse an old locked phone, but I would have been happier if they had been more upfront with the payment, overall very happy with the process and service”

Sorry for the surprise with the separate payments — the service is run in stages (network lookup / eligibility check / standard unlock) and those charges are applied when each step is started. As our terms state, “It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for” and our refund policy notes “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable.” I’ll pass your comments to the team so we can try to make the pricing clearer on checkout. Hola, gracias por la actualización. Me alegra saber que parece estar desbloqueado. El estado de tu pedido es: "Desbloqueo completo". Según nuestras instrucciones de desbloqueo, para iPhones debes conectar el teléfono a la red wifi, apagarlo y encenderlo; luego, insertar una tarjeta SIM de otro operador para confirmar (Condiciones §8.1). Si el dispositivo llegó desbloqueado (¡genial!), ten en cuenta: "Teléfonos ya desbloqueados: No se realizará ningún reembolso si solicitas el desbloqueo de un teléfono ya desbloqueado". Si la nueva tarjeta SIM no funciona, responde aquí y te ayudaré a solucionar el problema o a verificar los detalles de tu pedido.

Inicia el pago a través de tu página de seguimiento para iniciar el desbloqueo; paga siempre desde tu página de seguimiento. Como indican nuestros Términos, "El servicio de búsqueda y suministro de cualquier solución de desbloqueo comienza en el momento en que se recibe el pago..." y nuestra Política de reembolso indica "Verificación de elegibilidad: Estas verificaciones no son reembolsables". Si ya pagaste la tarifa de inicio desde la página de seguimiento, envía una captura de pantalla del pago/confirmación y escalaré el asunto de inmediato. “I like that the process was done thoroughly. However, I disliked the fact that it was extremely slow; customer support was quick in their responses. It may seem like a scam but it was done properly; it just took too much time. Overall, good service, just super slow process.”
