“I was pleased I could order my mat by phone and Claire was very very helpful in that she gave me some vital info regarding my choice of colour which was ivory rather than cream and turned out to be the perfect choice. Slight prob with delivery which was very quick but driver given wrong house number and so came next day but excellent service and I would recommend this firm to my colleagues. Particularly as\ you can order by phone which I much prefer.”

“Searched for Rug on many sites and indeed ordered and paid for it only to be told ' not in stock' = happened with two different companies! Claire at Express Rugs only one who explained manufacturer no longer existed so no one would have it, she spent great deal of time using her contacts and knowledge to find something similar. In the end cheaper than elsewhere and delivered next day! Knowledgeable and honest seems to be rare quality?”
