“Easy to navigate website, huge choice, clear indications of stock availability. Customer service responding to a query was fast and to the point. Rug was despatched as promised, safely packaged and delivered. Quality faultless. A first class product and experience.”

“The most customer friendly efficient company I've dealt with since moving home 4 weeks ago. The only one who fufilled all the criteria they promised. “I don't do many reviews (everybody wants one these days) but I was so pleased with this rug I had to let you know. It is a lovely colour and so soft, the pile is quite thick too. The main thing is wow, it doesn't move about, its been down for more than a week and is still where I put it. The delivery was good and the packaging great. I would recommend this company and goods.”

“Purchased a rug about 3-4yrs ago that I wanted a second of, but it was no longer sold by a well known shop! Fortunately I had the make/name! Googled it and a number of on-line rug suppliers came up! But Expressrugs was the most competitive price. When I rang them they couldn't have been more helpful. The rug arrived really quickly with updates from despatch to arrival.
