“Ordered a rug but unfortunately the delivery time was longer than hoped. Was contacted and offered alternative, communication was excellent and we are very happy with the rug we eventually selected which fits better than the original one !!! Received prompt refund for the price difference and no issues at all changing the order.”

“Catherine lansfield kelso check sage green rug. 160cm x 230cm. This rug is so much nicer than the picture! There was a bit of a wait until it came back in stock, but was worth it! Express rugs were very helpful and kept me up to date with the process. Excellent service. Thankyou.”

“Rug was great value and lovely. However delivery company were very bad. They got the address wrong delivered it incorrectly and told the lady who took delivery (when she told them it wasn’t hers) to keep the rug anyway for herself. Thankfully she didn’t and I was able to personally pick it up from her. The delivery company did not answer any of the messages or emails about this so I had to sort myself. Unsatisfactory.”

“Excellent service. Unfortunately the rug I ordered wasn't in stock or available from the manufacturer. I was contacted promptly about this and apologised to and given a selection of alternatives that I might like. Luckily there was one I liked, the order was changed and the rug dispatched promptly and I'm really pleased with it. Highly recommend.”

“The rug I chose was shown as available when I ordered and paid for it. But, then it became out of stock!!! I contacted express rugs and was told it would be several weeks before the rug was back in stock. I was happy to wait . During this time I was kept up to date . I now have the rug and love it. Worth the wait 👍🏼”

“Rug I had ordered (at an extremely good price) was out of stock due to a supplier issue. I got an extremely nice e-mail from Claire in the team offering me a refund or an alternative more expensive rug, for the same price. They also still went the extra mile trying to see when the supplier could get the one I ordered. They could’ve just sent me an automated e-mail saying ‘out of stock, order cancelled’, but clearly they know what customer service entails.”

“Wanted a large rug to match one i have in the kitchen area. After being let down by other sellers Expert Rugs came up trumps. The rug is good quality and looks good. My only niggle is that it didnt come on a cardboard roll and the start of the rollling up it got creased and a bit out of shape so had to place books on the end for a couple of days to flatten it out. But now all good. Delivery was reasonable with courier keeping me informed Thanks.”

After liasing with Express Rugs, this was very quickly rectified and the correct size sent out on an extra speedy delivery. The quality of our rug is superb.
