“Wanted a large rug to match one i have in the kitchen area. After being let down by other sellers Expert Rugs came up trumps. The rug is good quality and looks good. My only niggle is that it didnt come on a cardboard roll and the start of the rollling up it got creased and a bit out of shape so had to place books on the end for a couple of days to flatten it out. But now all good. Delivery was reasonable with courier keeping me informed Thanks.”

After liasing with Express Rugs, this was very quickly rectified and the correct size sent out on an extra speedy delivery. The quality of our rug is superb. David and Claire were so helpful - the rug I ordered had a long lead time, so David took it upon himself to send me other style options and links to choose from, should I want to accelerate a delivery. I simply replied with a replacement chosen from the links they sent me, and they sorted out the rest. There was clear communication on when the rug would be delivered and I’m very happy with the results. Thanks so much - I’ll defiantly use you again!”
