David and Claire were so helpful - the rug I ordered had a long lead time, so David took it upon himself to send me other style options and links to choose from, should I want to accelerate a delivery. I simply replied with a replacement chosen from the links they sent me, and they sorted out the rest. There was clear communication on when the rug would be delivered and I’m very happy with the results. Thanks so much - I’ll defiantly use you again!”
