“Huge choice of rugs to select from - spoilt for choice. Great price, free delivery (my da Vinci rug arrived next day for free - delighted). Icing on the cake - wonderful ambassador for the company at first point of contact - the very helpful, professional Claire - warm, friendly and patient (this was the first time I have ever purchased a household item without seeing and feeling the quality) Claire dealt with my fears with empathy and humour, I enjoyed the banter, and the help so ended the call feeling much more relaxed which next turned to delight when my rug of choice arrived so quickly.
