“I was informed of my order being delivered but It wasn’t clear when I placed my order for me to request where to leave it if I was out , it was only ‘after’ an attempted delivery that I was given the options”

Hi Suzanne - thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As we use an external courier, at present, we are unable to offer customers the option to select a safe-place to leave parcels due to the risk of theft. Your feedback is important to us which helps us improve our customer experience.

“Excellent service, quick delivery. I made an error on my order which was rectified swiftly by Karleigh in customer services. Nothing eas too much trouble and friendly happy staff. Hard to find now days. I highly recommend.”

“Told us you had the item, then said you might not have the item. Said you would check and let us know, didn't let us know until we called and asked. Now 4 days down the line and you've credited the goods”
