“Have used Express Electrical a couple of times before. Nice and easy ordering, always items are in stock and really keen prices. Well packaged and next day delivery, all good. I had a query ref delivery charges, the manager phoned me first thing, politely explained the situation. Highly recommended, I expect to use their services again.”

“Amazing service and super fast delivery. Kayleigh went above and beyond. I’ve been having a nightmare trying to find fuses, over the phone in a couple of calls Kayleigh had it sorted in a few minutes. Even called the supplier to double check an issue. Saved my life AND delivery came next day. Amazing, thank you”

“Was told expected delivery was last Friday, no show, actually tipped up afternoon of Monday at which point I was in Brighton installing Screwfix (expensive) version. Not happy, caused lot of stress trying to sort replacement.”

Hi Kevin - upon looking into this, we can see your order was out for delivery on Friday 16th June as we had sent your order using the next day delivery service with our courier. Unfortunately, this was completely out of our control and can only apologise on behalf of Parcelforce that your order was not delivered on time.
