“We have used Explorer Travel Insurance twice a year since 2015. Fortunately we haven't (yet!!) had to make a claim so cannot comment on that side of the service. However, when we telephone to purchase our travel insurance the staff are always very helpful and the cost of the Insurance very competitive.”

“It's very hard to review you because I've had five policies from you in the past, but never needed to claim anything. My entire experience of your company is simply buying a policy online from you. But I do always buy from you without shopping around, and I have recommended your company based solely on my buying experience.”

“You can never tell how good insurance is until you need to claim. It is to be hoped that they are as efficient in processing claims as they are at collecting premiums, but I somehow doubt it.”
