“The service received when setting up my holiday insurance over the internet was easy to follow and manage. whilst on holiday it was not needed, therefore I cant say how it may have been if a claim had to be made. However if the setting up is anything to go by, then I see no reason for problems.”

“We are very pleased with how much our travel insurance has cost us baring in mind that we both have health issues. In the past we had to claim for illness while on holiday and was handled quickly with no problems at all”

“Your site is very easy to complete. Your price is not the cheapest insurance in the market, but it' s a very acceptable one. It' s better to deal with Explorer, than a cheaper unknown insurance. Of course, for my next travel insurance, I' ll have a look also for some other insurances to compare with Explorer, just for a peace of mind. I hope Explorer will still be my choice.”
