Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“Having used Explorer Holiday Insurance many times we had no hesitation in Insuring our next trip with them. This includes cover for multi medical problems that my wife and I have between us. We are both in our eighties but managed to complete everything online. It is something you don't want to have to do but unfortunately we have had to make a claim in the past and found Explorer most helpful and very prompt with the payment.”

“In the past year, we had to make a claim (the first time we ever claimed on any insurance!) with your insurance company for a trip that was, unfortunately, cancelled through no fault of ours. The Explore Team were very helpful in sorting out the claim. And they didn't put up the premiums for the next year as I thought they would.”

“I have tried numerous attempts to contact you as I have to make a claim, each time the phone continually rings. I do not have time during my working hours to keep on hold for over 20 minutes without anyone answering the phone. I have given up as i just cannot get through to a human. What is the point.”
