Easy to use website cannot give review of service as I have had non needed to claim. Able to give a balanced review should I ever make a claim

Good Insurance ............ but expect to receive dozens of follow up friendly but unwanted emails from their CEO about stuff you are really not interested in.

It's not until you have to make a claim on the insurance that you know how good it is. But it was easy to set up and reasonably priced.

Impossible to rate unless we need to make a claim. Receiving daily emails from you is frustrating and irritating. I need to look at the email in case there is something important but they are all just junk. Please reduce or stop these irrelevant emails

The cost of insuring myself and my wife for 10 day short holiday was extortionate and considered unessessary for the trip and I will shop around next time for a realistic package.

Product fitted my needs and purchase was straightforward and simple. I have no experience of a claim so cannot rate any outcome hence only 3 stars. I receive too many emails from you and will unsubscribe.

I have paid for our insurance but have not received a copy of the policy. I requested on the phone and it still hasn’t arrived. I am now on holiday and definitely need a copy. Jenny Millem

I just wanted a cheap policy to cove the family for a trip... Got that. Didn't really like the newsletter type emails every otherday though so had to unsubscribe.

I can only review insurance if I have to make a claim. Otherwise it is simply something that I have bought but not used so cannot assess the quality. It would be more valid to only ask for reviews from claimants.

I did not need to use the holiday insurance that was purchased but was disappointed with the fact that the insurance details were not correct as per my purchase. This was subsequently identified as an IT issue but I was not sure I had valid documents at the time I was departing for the holiday. Therefore not consumer friendly.

Adequate and fit for purpose. However, I’ve recently and suddenly started receiving numerous irritating emails from some bloke called Ian who clearly thinks I’m interested in him and what he’s getting up to! The emails are arrogant & annoying. I’ve now unsubscribed.

Easy to book online and prices are competitive. However, not so easy when attempting to make a claim - another company is used and the phone number given by Explorer rings as 'you have phoned an incorrect number!' This was explained to be my an Explorer staff member as meaning the number is correct but they are busy at that time. Surely a recorded answer should mention they are busy and NOT that you have dialled an incorrect number. the only way to reach them is to email them - not ideal when you just want some advice.
