“I started using Explorer Travel Insurance when the previous company would no longer insure me because of my age. I have had no issues with Explorer. Did everything online, simple, easy. Will continue to use them when I travel.”

“Needed to make small claim but batted off to a third party claim company who did not respond to my emails. Eventually spoke to someone at your office who immediately batted me off again to claims company who are apparently too busy to answer the phone. I had one simple question but cannot find anyone who can answer it or pick up the phone!!”
