“This is my third year with Explorer Travel. The way I’ve been treated by your staff on the phones as been Excellent. Luckily I’ve not had to use the Insurance for any Medical treatment yet.( I hope I never have to ) please convey my thanks to the phone staff Thank You BGreen”

“I have purchased travel insurance with Explorer on several occasions. Last year I had a medical problem whilst on holiday and had to make a claim. The process was very simple, I just paid the excess and the travel company dealt with the claim and I never heard any more about it.”
