Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“I have taken out my annual travel insurance with Explorer Travel because I was very happy with the cost that I was quoted for a joint policy and I have a medical condition as well which I declared and the cost was still very reasonable.”

“Your prices were fantastic value you cover is easy to understand and I liked the fact the questions were direct especially as my husband has some medical history however this is 10 years old so if I had to give any constructive criticism I'd say maybe have an option to explain some medical history is not recent but god forbid it wasn't disclosed your cover would be void .”

“I have given this mark due to the good service I received on the telephone when renewing our policy. However I am unable to give a higher score as surely the real test of travel insurance only becomes apparent if and when you need to make a claim. Fortunately I have not had to make a claim so far.”
