“Although had no need to claim on the insurance policies, they were easy to purchase and appropriate to our needs. The only problem we encountered was trying to contact them by phone to advise of additional medical issue - gave up eventually after protracted period in a queue.”

“I have used Explorer for single trips and annual multi trips for the last two years. All booked via telephone and customer service always efficient and courteous. Prices are reasonable. Fortunately have never needed to claim so unable to comment on claims process and service.”
