Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Medical Conditions, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“It is a sensible price and covers my existing medical conditions without intrusive unneeded questions. I have used you many times. It would be nice to have more insentive for future use like a reduction in paying for no excess for regulars users with no claims.”

“Difficult to assess resent insurance as We have not been on holiday yet. Last year excellent, as on one holiday we had to claim and although filling the forms was a pain the claim was meet in full.”

“Fine when you are biting the policy but wait till you make a claim! Took 7 months for them to pay up part of it. Note well if you are taken ill abroad it is your own responsibility to keep them informed of what is happening otherwise they won't pay up! If you make decisions without consulting them you will have to pay for it yourself!”
