“Got a quote on line which was not the cheapest but not far off but the extras offered in reduced excess etc were brilliant. Great price great service and the whole process was easy which makes a change these days.”

“I am giving this 5 out 5 for ease of buying the policy. It was clearly explained, but as with all insurance it will only be in the event of a claim that I will know whether the travel insurance is worth the money paid for it.”

“We are in our 80's with some existing medical issues but Explorer were easy to deal with and we had no difficulty getting through to talk to an actual person. Fortunately we have not had to make a claim and hope that we will not need to but, if we had to I am sure we would be dealt with objectively and fairly.”
