“Extremely helpful and understandable I ordered a coat. It arrived quite quickly. It was too small for my wife did not really suit her. I returned it no problems at all. I have dyslexia and sometimes things are very hard to return or to contact people but this company was extremely easy and helpful when I did contact them thank you.”

“at first 2-5 days shipping is misleading shiping to the U.S. takes 10 days no mention on the webpage that it is shipped from UK. UK sizes are much smaller, i ordered a large and i got basiclly a Medium US size.”

“Really quick delivery which was fab but unfortunately I have returned the boots as tgey didn't suit me. Now I found the returns process really confusing. I ended up paying for recorded delivery because it wasn't clear how to return, other than within 2 weeks after the date you received the item. The returns process could be a lot clearer and easier for the customer.”
