“This uggs came fairly early , I was worried cuz i had not ordered from this site before. I was praying they wasn't fake . They ain't well I hope not , but hopefully my daughter will love them from santa”

“I ordered some Ugg slippers. Tracking information was accurate and my parcel arrived as planned. The slippers didn't fit so I returned them, repackaging them as instructed. I had to email customer services to obtain a free returns label, something that wasn't immediately obvious as the label was not included in the delivery paperwork, but the email was processed quickly and I received a QR code for free postage by Royal Mail. My return was processed a week after reporting - Klarna app provided useful updates. All together seemless process and would happily order from Excel again.”

“A very nice item bought to replace a similar Barbour bag that has lasted a very log time, but which is now showing it's age. Quality looks good, as to be expected. No doubt the recipient will showing it of on Christmas morning. Thank you Excel for a wonderful shopping experience. Happy to recommend both excel and the product.”

“My item arrived but was not suitable. I did not have a prepaid label so emailed customer services. I received no reply so telephoned customer services and was told I should have a prepaid label and she would chase customer service. More time passed and still nothing so I emailed again. I am still waiting for a response. As you only have 14 days to return an item I was worried the return would not arrive in time so paid for the return myself. Very, very poor customer service so far, I sincerely hope I am refunded for the item.”

Hi Natasha, really sorry to hear about your negative experience with us and that no solution was provided after contacting customer service. After checking, I can't see any sign of previous email contact from yourself, perhaps you sent to an incorrect email address? Regardless, I can see now that you received the link to our Royal Mail returns after I saw your negative review, and that you've now been refunded.

Sorry that you're so disappointed Michaela, as I'm sure you'll agree we responded efficiently to your initial responses re: delivery and refund. You confirmed you posted the item back to us 5 days ago, and as yet it's not in our returns system, so we've had nothing to communicate yet. It may have arrived over the weekend, in which case it'll be in our returns system today for processing within 72 hours. Emailing us when your tracking showed delivery to us would've been a more helpful communication.

“Excel do just that! I was skeptical because of the great price but I read the great reviews and decided to give them a go. My sons jacket arrived in great time, packaged beautifully, which was great as it was for his birthday, so overall massively impressed. Excel will definitely be my first go to in future. :0)”
