Order the coat last 19/1/25 Received last 23/1/25 Return 27/1/25 Until now no news what going on . Trying to exchange for the size

Hi Olive Thank you for taking the time to review our business. We are disappointed that you have chosen a 2 star review. Looking at our customer service communication you have changed your request from an exchange to a refund several times. At the time of writing this reply you were refunded 2 days ago and yet you are still emailing us to refund you as you are now travelling. It would be helpful if you could decide what you actually want and we are happy to do this for you. You also might need to consider delivery times. You returned your order on 27th Jan. It arrived with us on the 3rd Feb and you were refunded on the 4th. Sincerely Excel Clothing Customer Services.

The order was dispatched promptly. Unfortunately the 12 I ordered was more like a 16 so I returned it. I am still waiting to hear back from them with a refund, it has only been a week though so fingers crossed

Thanks for your review Christine, though a 2 star is a bit disappointing over what seems like garment sizing. I can see you posted your return on Wednesday, it arrived with us on Saturday, and happy to report, you were refunded within 2 working days, on Tuesday

I place an order weeks ago and I didn’t receive it o was told it was left out side my front door this is ridiculers I have made so many Oder from all over I have never experienced such . I try making contact with you and still all I get was that my Oder was delivered this is so upsetting my daughter,s birthday was on the 10th and all she wanted was this and I could not even give her any thing I’m disappointed and very angry how you have taken the matter the deliver man claim he left a box out side my door step . Which is there was no box left on my door and I have check with my neighbours and that day we had a electric problem around the town so my door camera didn’t record him dropping any box so is the neighbours did not see any box I regret to say I will never make any Oder from you again I will put it on face book and media if I have waiting on my solicitor and you will here from him

Hi Nosipho Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Nevertheless, we feel it necessary to give the other side of the story. We asked the Fedex driver to return to your home to confirm a few details. You have since confirmed to him that indeed the photograph is the parcel at your front door. When asked further you then mentioned your daughter had brought in a box from the doorstep that had been delivered. As with many delivery companies now with the technology available it is clearly indicated in our T&C's that a photograph of a delivery and subsequent GPS is enough to prove we delivered your parcel. Amazon is one of the biggest advocates of this method. As part of the email you would have got from Fedex, pre delivery, you would have had the option to hold the delivery if you felt there was any risk in your neighbourhood in receiving our shipment.
