“Very nice jacket which is beginning to settle better and better in shape. Excel clothing is also a highly recommendable shop ! Also given that it is in Northern Ireland and hence part of the EU customs union = No tariffs or customs trouble ! Now I am size 52-54 in eur size. Large was too small needed XL - which fits well.”

“Good ordering system and kept me informed of the item's progress but let down by Royal Mail, not Excel Clothing's fault. So a long delay from the item being dispatched and it arriving...to the London area! This means I was worried about the 14 day return period, as I didn't receive the item when the company would have thought I had. Would use again, but expensive to return items to Belfast, so try to be sure that the size and item is what you want! I loved the item but it was too big.”

“The coat is beautiful and perfect, but unfortunately, it didn't fit me well. I like loose-fitting clothes, but this one was huge and the sleeves are way too long. I'm 1.70 m tall and weigh 65 kg. Maybe if I were taller, it would fit better.”

“I bought 2 pairs of ugg sandals but unfortunately only 1 pair came which i love them. It would of been nice to get an email to say that 1 pair was not in stock”

“Ordered a Small in the Faux Fur Trim Hooded Down Coat as my current one had given up the ghost. Thought they would be exactly the same as I was ordering like for like. The new one is smaller though, so I had a hard time deciding whether to keep it. Was trying on both in front of the mirror when the zip tag snapped off, meaning a return would no longer be possible. I really like the coat but wondering if there is a difference between Tommy Hilfinger (old coat) and Tommy Jeans (new coat).”
