The Jeans Order could not be fulfilled due to website error/stock. They emailed me to inform this and of the refund. Pity their system is not accurate (but some other sites have the same issues) Until next time 🙂

Somewhat surprised to be asked to write a review since my order was not fulfilled . Having ordered and paid for the goods I was then informed the system had confused itself and the order could not be fulfilled and received a refund. Pity I quite liked the look of the garment MK

Apologies George. Due to a technical error on our website, allowing your item to temporarily oversell at the time of order, we had to cancel your order. This message was also attached to a refund confirmation email sent on the 8th. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience.

Hi Joanna, we're sorry that a slower than normal refund over the Easter holiday period warranted a 1 star review. As mentioned on our website, we refund within 3 working days of receipt of goods into our refund system, which we believe was achieved.

Order was cancelled and refunded before shipment with no explantation so no I will not buy from this supplier again.

Sorry that you're so disappointed Patricia. It was unfortunate, but we did send an email saying that due to a technical error on our website, allowing your item to temporarily oversell at the time of order, we have had to cancel your order.

I ordered this item on a Thursday evening, selecting Next Day Delivery. I knew I had missed Excel's delivery cut-off time, so I realised that I would need to wait until Monday for it to arrive, which was OK with me. I opted to pay approximately £8.00 for Excel's Next Day Delivery service, as I needed the item very early that following week (for a special occasion). On Monday at about 2.30pm I received an unexpected notification from PayPal saying I had been refunded, and then a brief and unapologetic email from Excel stating my order was cancelled due to an over-stocking problem. I was very disappointed, and I think Excel should have notified me on Friday about this issue. But because it took Excel until 2.30pm on the Monday to contact me about this, it was too late to order a similar item from an alternative online supplier before their 2pm cut-off time for Next Day Delivery. And if I ordered an alternative item from another supplier on the Tuesday, the Wednesday was New Year's Day Bank Holiday, so even if I selected Next Day delivery with another supplier it was not possible to receive any alternative item until at least Thursday of that week, by which time it was too late for our special occasion. So, I was left without the item for an important event. The item was a Holland Cooper Trench Coat. I will not be using Excel again, I found their service to be poor for such a luxury item. And their actions triggered a chain of events which left me in a very inconvenient situation.

Hey Lyle, sorry that you're so disappointed with our service. When we emailed you about the problem and said "Please accept our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience." we meant it. We process orders Monday - Friday. We received your order on Saturday morning, so Monday morning was the earliest we could process your order. Once again, our sincerest apologies.

at first 2-5 days shipping is misleading shiping to the U.S. takes 10 days no mention on the webpage that it is shipped from UK. UK sizes are much smaller, i ordered a large and i got basiclly a Medium US size.

Sorry that you're so disappointed Michaela, as I'm sure you'll agree we responded efficiently to your initial responses re: delivery and refund. You confirmed you posted the item back to us 5 days ago, and as yet it's not in our returns system, so we've had nothing to communicate yet. It may have arrived over the weekend, in which case it'll be in our returns system today for processing within 72 hours. Emailing us when your tracking showed delivery to us would've been a more helpful communication.

Poor customer service. Ordered twice online in space of a few weeks,to be delivered to the store. After receiving email to collect,both times they weren't in the shop. The 'Big Boss',as he was referred too,was very ignorant to me as if it was my fault!! I'll not be back!!

Sorry to hear you have chosen to give us a 1 Star. We have reviewed the matter and you'll not be surprised we don't agree with your version. We agree the order was not at the store when you arrived, mistakes can happen. However, within minutes we were able to get the appropriate item and supply it for you. You were in the store for no longer than 5 minutes. It was indeed the 'Big Boss' who took care of you but was in no way rude to you. In fact he apologised for the error to which you replied with several expletives. Given your language, as a company, we have a zero tolerance blatant abuse of our staff.
