“Ordered a Small in the Faux Fur Trim Hooded Down Coat as my current one had given up the ghost. Thought they would be exactly the same as I was ordering like for like. The new one is smaller though, so I had a hard time deciding whether to keep it. Was trying on both in front of the mirror when the zip tag snapped off, meaning a return would no longer be possible. I really like the coat but wondering if there is a difference between Tommy Hilfinger (old coat) and Tommy Jeans (new coat).”

“Absolutely perfect purchasing experience. Was nervous after previous attempts at buying Uggs from less well known online retailers, so called up Excel to speak to them, checked trust pilot 1-star reviews, checked street view, and all were reassuring. So went ahead, and the slippers arrived a few days later, exactly as promised. Will definitely be buying from Wxcel again.”

“The order was dispatched promptly. Unfortunately the 12 I ordered was more like a 16 so I returned it. I am still waiting to hear back from them with a refund, it has only been a week though so fingers crossed”

Thanks for your review Christine, though a 2 star is a bit disappointing over what seems like garment sizing. I can see you posted your return on Wednesday, it arrived with us on Saturday, and happy to report, you were refunded within 2 working days, on Tuesday

“I was slightly unsure about ordering based on some of the reviews on Trust Pilot, however although I returned my item due to being small for me, I had absolutely no issue with communicating, receiving prepaid QR code and my refund came in good time too. “I was looking for a green 'smart' winter coat, rather than a duvet coat. But this Barbour coat looks incredibly stylish, is light, very warm and beautifully made. Excel Clothing's price for this coat was incredibly competitive. Their packaging was exceptionally good, and the coat arrived in good time.”
