“I haven't received my package, pls can you arrange the delivery”

“I ordered SAT paper for my daughter online a week ago. However, I still haven't received it yet! The Royal mail reference code doesn't work at all. I have tried to call Exam Ninja but always ended up with "voice mail" ! I have also send emails for help but received no reply!”

“It's been 6 days since I ordered 3 science books for my Y9 son to prepare for his exams and I still didn't receive them. There was no option for next-day delivery. So disappointed, the week is finished, and no point in using these books anymore. Will never buy again from this website.”

“Very bad service. I ordered KS2 practice pack on 6th April,2023 for practice during the term end holidays. Today is 13th and the material has still not arrived. Totally disappointed.”

“Not a scam; but might as well be. Exam Ninja chose a courier that was unable to deliver to my address. A good business practice would be to: ship through a different courier or grant a refund. Exam Ninja did neither. I lost the money I spent on the Exam Ninja site and received nothing to show for it. I do NOT recommend buying from Exam Ninja directly. I cannot speak for the products. As I never received them.”
