“Purchased a jacket on 18th December with an understanding that it was close to Christmas so it may take a little longer than normal to get to me. 21 days later and the tracking still says that it is sitting in the United Kingdom - cleared and waiting international departure since Dec 31st. This is a totally unacceptable delay for this day and age when I received an item from a rival UK company within 10 days. Evolve need to reassess their distribution channels if they want a higher rank than 1 out of 5.”
