A lot of hassle about my Northern Ireland driving license because it wasn't GB license, then more bank statements because i get paid weekly had too go through different lender it took nearly 2 weeks

Finance approved, i had big hope, then declined in 15 minutes, went back to underwriters, made me hopeless 😔 waited 6 days, under going checks and identity verification, after all nothing happened, but to declined me. My advice. think twice before you choose Evolutionfunder.

Hi, we are sorry to hear you had a poor experience with us. As a credit broker, we work with a broad panel of lenders who each have their own criteria for acceptance based on a customers credit profile, personal circumstances etc. We understand that being declined is not the news you would want to hear, however we were unable to place you with a lender and our advisor explained clearly the reasoning behind this decision. Nice staff, much talking and promises but minuscule to no action. Took 2 weeks plus to complete a £4000 car (of course not a piece of land but imagine if it was?) financing transaction. Later on blame it on the dealer for not checking their email box after much promised to call the dealership and get back to me which never happened!! To speed things up, I had to call the dealership who was surprised and clueless about any transaction going on with the car of interest to me, even though Evolution squarely puts the blame on the dealership not sending over the invoice. Is Evolution cutting cost for making business outbound calls?????

Got to be the biggest bunch of moronic people in one place, telling you one thing when you really have no hope at all… the rub is I could have used a real finance underwriter instead of burning my credit score with these dreamers.. do not use them … be warned.

Very poor service send out messages , when they do not even have an update , staff take no responsibility for the service for the company they work for . WOULD DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND , if you get them handling your finance GOOD luck

I would never recommend you to anyone again too long and then switch vehicle you couldn’t do it very poor customer service no one gets back to you. I have to keep ringing you. I will be posting this on social media help Paul Holiday see you are

Would not recommend. Processing is poor , timely , customer service below standard , call back and updates that should be provided as part of the service non existent and staff can be rude . I would strongly suggest looking for alternatives if possible. I had to handle a lot if the process myself , calling the lender directly when I have a broker that should be doing it. Stressful and disappointing experience of which was meant to be a happy experience buying a car.

Had an email to say I had been excepted for finance, which was great. “One step away from your new car” then when speaking to them they state only allowed so much. If they state this at the beginning then hopes wouldn’t be dashed. My own fault for bad credit due Covid, however they need to state the fact at the beginning

The lender we were able to obtain an acceptance from has a limit on the amount it will lend. This is the worst experience I ever had buying a car. Evolution is blaming Mercedes’ of west London and Mercedes’ are doing the same. I never know if a finance company to take so long to pay out any money after they been approved

Absolutely awful experience with the company Their system is awful causing me to wait 2 weeks while they played catch up with the dealership leaving me without a car.

Customer service is rubbish they call once and put the phone down straight away. I called back they not answering. Finance price is rip off. On the Web showing £200 a month when they calculated for me they asking to pay £244 a month. Think in 60 month how much you will ripped off? Just Stay away from this company

We have checked our call logs and can see both inbound and outbound calls which each time cut off seconds into the call. We also made several attempts to contact you, none of which would connect. We would therefore suggest that there may have been an issue with your phone/connection. Within that time, you then rejected our finance offer and so we made no further attempts to contact you. One of our team leaders has attempted to speak to you to discuss the change in rate, which is influenced by your credit profile and personal circumstances. The service was extremely poor. The advisors didn’t appear to know what was happening at all. I asked to log a complaint and speak to a manager and I was told I would receive a call back. I’m still awaiting this call. They had me sign 4 separate finance agreements, after each one they told me there was an error and blamed the car shop or the company the agreement was from. When I asked what has happened to all previous agreements and assurance these where destroyed they informed me they couldn’t answer that and would call back. I’m still awaiting that call also. The worst company I’ve dealt with.

Let's start positive, Danika was a pleasure to deal with. She was polite and seemed to actually help the process along. Wonderful asset to the company. As for the rest....well at least now I know why The Muppets are not on tv anymore, they are all working for this finance company. Why oh why could you not just ask for all of the information you need in one go??? Instead it takes days of me ringing and chasing what is happening and each time some more info is required. Total joke. The rating is poor but does not reflect Danika's input it is purely based on the rest of the dealings I had.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Disorganised, caused me so much stress. I had to repeatedly sign things, had to keep chasing for updates. They changed things and didn't inform me and some of the staff had a sarcastic attitude. If I had a choice I'd have cancelled and run away as fast as I could.

Was told it would cost £165 a month then when the finance company sent email the day I was going to pick up the car I was told it would be £192 a month
