Nice staff, much talking and promises but minuscule to no action. Took 2 weeks plus to complete a £4000 car (of course not a piece of land but imagine if it was?) financing transaction. Later on blame it on the dealer for not checking their email box after much promised to call the dealership and get back to me which never happened!! To speed things up, I had to call the dealership who was surprised and clueless about any transaction going on with the car of interest to me, even though Evolution squarely puts the blame on the dealership not sending over the invoice. Is Evolution cutting cost for making business outbound calls?????
