“They hwlp3d me get a finance but the phone calls were a bit much, yes kept missing them but for legal reasons I couldn't answer the phone. Whwn I had chance no one was able to answer or the phone lines were closed. Took a while to realses the funds to dealership but. Other than that they are good with helping customers”

“Mercedes-Benz Colindale arranged for me to collect my vehicle, registration LN21 NHV, yesterday. However, they called to inform me that the funding had not been released by your company. They stated that the funding was mistakenly released for a different vehicle registration plate GN19 WBT. As a result, I was unable to collect my car. This has been extremely frustrating, as it has ruined my entire weekend plan. Mercedes-Benz Colindale's Business Manager, Dimithri, also mentioned that there was no one available on your end to rectify this error when they called. While I understand that human errors can happen and your service is generally good, I request that you urgently correct this funding issue so I can collect my vehicle as soon as possible.”
