“Mercedes-Benz Colindale arranged for me to collect my vehicle, registration LN21 NHV, yesterday. However, they called to inform me that the funding had not been released by your company. They stated that the funding was mistakenly released for a different vehicle registration plate GN19 WBT. As a result, I was unable to collect my car. This has been extremely frustrating, as it has ruined my entire weekend plan. Mercedes-Benz Colindale's Business Manager, Dimithri, also mentioned that there was no one available on your end to rectify this error when they called. While I understand that human errors can happen and your service is generally good, I request that you urgently correct this funding issue so I can collect my vehicle as soon as possible.”

“Overall Evolution were good. A bit slow to start and i waited a week for everything to be completed but i think that may have been an issue with everyone involved not just Evolutions side. When things started to move forward obe specific member of the team was extremely helpful, Oli! He would call back when promised, actioned things as he said and really got the ball moving. Thanks Oli.”
