No fuss car finance - kept the process simple with no messing around with back and forth and forms. An E-sign and the money was on the way to my garage so I could go and collect my new car! Hassle free - I can strongly Evolution! (:

1 call handler very rude. Not as nice to speak to. The finance company who actually give the money was very nice and explained properly. I would deal with the finance company again but think twice about yourselves.

Communication quite poor, having to phone constantly rather than being given updates. Very slow in responses and difficult never speaking to the same person. Also didn’t let us know they required additional information until we had travelled 3 hours to a dealer, leading to leaving without the car and repeating the trip. Had their communication been better this wouldn’t have happened.

In this case, the lender requested additional information after the invoice stage, which can occasionally happen as part of their final checks. Unfortunately, Evolution Extra has no control over when lenders make this decision. We appreciate that this can be frustrating, and we agree that clearer communication from our side would have helped manage expectations better. As a general process, we do advise that vehicles aren’t collected or invoiced until funds have been fully approved and paid out, to avoid situations like this.
