“It could of run a bit smoother and a lot quicker one minute I was getting the car and the next minute I was not getting the car And finally I am getting the car Yours faithfully Alister borthwick”

“ended up with more help from the dealer than the finance company and even the main sales guy on his day off which was very good but as for office service not impressed”

Hello Mr Rushton, we are so sorry that things didn't go a smoothly as you would have liked them to. Having looked into this for you, the weekend was against all of us I'm afraid. We received your documentation back from the garage late of Friday afternoon, checked it over, and then sent the documents to the Lender at 16:55pm. Unfortunately this particular Lender does not work over the weekend, so it was queued until Monday morning, where it was paid out before 9am. All the same we appreciate how frustrating this can be, when all you want to do is drive your new car. We do apologise for the delay and really do hope you enjoy the look and the driving experience of your new Audi Black Edition! Regards Evolution Extra

“OVERALL I WAS HAPPY IN THE END,BUT IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE AS I WAS TOLD IT WAS ACCEPTED THEN DECLINED DUE TO INCOME NOT ENOUGH.IT WENT THROUGH IN THE END AS THERE WAS A MISTAKE MADE WHICH I WAS TOLD BY CITROEN.APART FROM THE DELAY I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.”
