Evolution found funding for me originally I was quoted 25.8%apr on one vehicle but when I chose another vehicle I was told it would be 47.8% which is a big jump and no explanation was given for this. I needed the vehicle so had to proceed. That aside they were efficient and polite.

Hello Christopher. Many thanks for the feedback you have provided. We have just looked into the points you raised above. Evolution Extra are a specialist finance provider, that work with the top dealerships in the UK. We act effectively as a "broker", between the dealers and a large panel of specialist lenders. Our aim is to obtain the best possible outcome we can for our dealers customers. Evolution Extra do not actually set the APR%, it is the lenders that do this, and they do this in relation to the applicants own credit profile and history. Based on the specialist lenders we use, this outcome was the best we could achieve from across our panel. We hope this sense. The process went okay, was abit of trouble with some documentation , but I think that was to do with my job! I was abit disappointed in the fact that the rear 2 tyres are nearly bold though, don't think that your problem though! Overall 7/10. Thanks Stephen

Hello Stephen, many thanks indeed for taking the time out to provide us with your feedback. No doubt Hartwell Ford, being a main franchise dealer would need to know about your concerns regarding the rear tyres. Please call them direct ASAP on 08443247290. I'm sure they would be more than helpful in listening to your concerns. As regards the documentation, the copies of the documentation that Hartwell supplied to us, were "cropped" on the corners and we and the funder were unable to read all the content. Once we received the clearer copies back, the funders paid out the case ASAP. Needless to say, we are sorry for the slight delay, but we got you there in the end! Kindest regards Evolution Extra

It could of run a bit smoother and a lot quicker one minute I was getting the car and the next minute I was not getting the car And finally I am getting the car Yours faithfully Alister borthwick

ended up with more help from the dealer than the finance company and even the main sales guy on his day off which was very good but as for office service not impressed

Hello Mr Rushton, we are so sorry that things didn't go a smoothly as you would have liked them to. Having looked into this for you, the weekend was against all of us I'm afraid. We received your documentation back from the garage late of Friday afternoon, checked it over, and then sent the documents to the Lender at 16:55pm. Unfortunately this particular Lender does not work over the weekend, so it was queued until Monday morning, where it was paid out before 9am. All the same we appreciate how frustrating this can be, when all you want to do is drive your new car. We do apologise for the delay and really do hope you enjoy the look and the driving experience of your new Audi Black Edition! Regards Evolution Extra

OVERALL I WAS HAPPY IN THE END,BUT IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE AS I WAS TOLD IT WAS ACCEPTED THEN DECLINED DUE TO INCOME NOT ENOUGH.IT WENT THROUGH IN THE END AS THERE WAS A MISTAKE MADE WHICH I WAS TOLD BY CITROEN.APART FROM THE DELAY I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING.
