Craig, sorry to hear your concerns. Sometime things out of our control, don't alway go to plan and we and your dealer are left hanging on for updates from the lender. Took a while to accept the paperwork as there was warranty on it but it’s all sorted and very happy with the vehicle.

I am happy you were able to assist me to obtain credit. Even though I understand that my credit circumstanceis was not the best however, I questioned why I was charged so much.

Hi Dian, ultimately it is the funder that stipulates the APR they are willing to write a deal at given the unique circumstances of each individual customer. By all means please call back in a speak to Alexander, and he will be able to give you the details of Experian or Equifax so you can contact and check your personal credit rating. Hi getting the car finance was great. Had a lot of extra stress due to how many copies of pay slips and licences copied to send you. But in the end we got there . So pleased to be driving new car . Thank you .

Thanks Audrey, sometimes the funders can be rather picky on the quality of the proofs provided, Its one of their anti-fraud measures I suppose, to protect us all to ensure we/they are dealing with the correct customer. Best regards Evolution Extra

I'm disappointed as I've had confirmation that the funds are with the dealer but the dealer is saying the funds aren't in their account so I am unable to collect my car

You will have had an email, stating "the funds have been transferred, or in the process of being transferred to your dealer" Unfortunately, over weekend periods the funder's banks clearing services are out of our hands. Iam only not happy with the experience of workers because they could save my tome and others just ask for everything in one what they need bit they were bothering me to often in work..apart from that am happy

I got finance!! However it appears there was some crossing over of information between the garage and finance company, I felt my call handler was a bit abrupt on the phone when I needed to ask questions. I originally received a text saying I was accepted for finance yet when I spoke to the call handler I wasn't accepted as I needed to meet other criteria. As stated, I did get finance, however it could have done with being a little more friendly!!

I was accepted by a number of finance companies however, I choose Evolution's Extra because of a number of factors such as the manor and professionalism from initial contact with Daniel and the connection between the dealer and Evolution. However, I must say that I was not happy for been told that I have been accepted and that payment would be made once been invoiced by Hummingbird Motor and then later to be told I needed to provide more documents. Despite providing them already it would have been so easier to be told from the beginning what documents are required and the format in which they are acceptable. I do appreciate that checks have to be made to ensure affordability by customers but they are easier way of doing so by informing the customer of exactly what evidence are required,instead of asking for them one at a time. For me that was a bit stressful due to the fact I only get one day off a week. Apart from this I would say yes I'm happy with the service provided. Also,I would like to thank Daniel for his handling of my application and I look forward in doing business with Evolution again in the near future. Hi Ricardo, I hope you are well. Many thanks for you detailed feedback. I've just looked into the case and the issues you experienced during the transaction. The funder in question, has the right to request additional proofs, should the proofs they are supplied with are not be sufficient, to meet their affordability or ID-proof guidelines they have. This is ensure they are lending funds in a responsible way to eligible customers. As it turns out in your case, the format of the initial proofs that were supplied, didn't meet the lenders criteria, then the second set of requested proofs, were in a format that were not acceptable. We finally then receive proofs that were acceptable to the lender and they paid the case out, enabling you to collect the vehicle. I can understand your frustrations, and the additional "time lag" this caused you and we appolgise for that, but we are glad that everything Danny did for you, you were pleased with. Guys , all process went well O.K up to a moment when Nathan has gone for annual leaving. Once being called to car dealer showroom, You ask for a proof of Insurance, so I did Cancel my previous insurance against new vehicle (therefore new car is insured) On a last minute call, someone form You mentioned then You need hard copy of Purchase invoice form them and need to be posted ,otherwise deal will be not finalise ,To cut a story I was left with no car no insurance and such a time wasting, therefore I had to buy temporary insurance cover for my old car and come back home after 5 hours on dealer ship yard with nothing and £110 looses for a temporary cover. Due to your EU driving licence we had to look for an alternative funder, and that is where the things got held up slightly as the new lender required additional proofs. The initial information given to me about my deal was incorrect and nearly made me pull out of the finance because of the high cost. After this was rectified and I was given the correct information, I found the experience very quick and efficient. I would recommend to other people wanting to get car finance.

Hello Katie, we hope you are well. I've just spent the last 10 minutes looking into your query. What I have ascertained is that initially your dealership had sent us the wrong figures over, so when Sam (your Deal Maker) quoted you, the figures were wrong, as to what you thought. Sam came to the rescue like a night in shining armour and spoke with your dealer and got them to send over the correct figures. One he obtained them all appeared to go merrily from then on! We do hope the slight "hiccup" does not spoil the enjoyment of you new VW Up. We would also like to say thanks also for the recommendation as well! Much appreciated Evolution Extra
