Hi there. Unfortunately things don't always go according to plan and we are restricted to our actual funders turnaround times and processes. It is also the funder that determines the APR, based on many factors, we just facilitate the process on behalf of the dealer and the funder. I personally apologise for this on their behalf, but the main thing we have assisted you in getting your new car and yo are on the road. Many thanks for taking the time out to feedback. Sorry, things didn't go according to plan in terms of speed of service. We are reliant to the service levels of the lender at the end of the day. The main thing is you are now on the road and sorted with your new car. Best regards

“They found me a funder apart from that communication was very poor. They could go hours to days without me having to chase them for answers. Hopefully will never use again.”

“Good service. Disappointing you get hassled If you give a score they don’t like !! The rep even sent an email to ask why I gave 4 out of 5. The reason I gave 4 was when they knew I was not getting finance 1st time I was ignored!!”
