“Whilst Evolution did manage to secure the finance eventually the process was slow at times and the communication poor. The automated texting system has flaws too which resulted in being texted to ask for duplicated identification after the finance had been advanced. Room for improvement in a number of areas but at least not entirely unsuccessful.”

“I am afraid to say that this was not a pleasant experience. I had to chase Evolution constantly, I have found out that for some reason I had two financial contract opened, I know that Autolend paid Evolution on the 06/02/2024 and Evolution kept saying they did not got paid. At one point I had the phone put down in me, because of the frustration I was cause. I had to go back and forward with Evolution and Autolend doing their jobs for them. I found this unacceptable. After two days of relentless chasing I have received managed to find that Evolution for some reason had two financial contract opened, no idea why. It's finally resolved but I have to say I am very disappointed with the way I have been dealt with. This will be the first and last time I use Evolution.”
