“Evolution Extra were really good, very friendly and efficient. The finance was sorted pretty quickly our problems came from the Dealer we went through who unfortunately decided to unwind the sale so we never managed to get the car we had gotten the finance for in the end.”

“I thought the way the car loan was handled extremely well. easy download of documents etc. was a little worried about giving all the details and if I didn't have a passport to check as well as all the other documents what would have happened. plus I was told that I could pick my payment date. not the case . plus you can't change any details until the first payment goes out. I found that to be misleading. but after a few phone calls and online paperwork it was sorted.. a good system but could be explained better and made a little easier for older people . over all though very happy”

“Getting through to customer service was fast and hassle free, everyone I spoke to was very polite. The finance company took their time to get everything signed off the customer service at evolution extra would be professional and got this problem sorted asap and we’re very apologetic about the delay even though it was not their companies fault.”
