“Really supportive team who walked me through the process. The actual finance team have been meh so far especially as they didn't realise that their own portal was not working after me complaining 3x that I could not access, and it felt like they were thinking it was MY fault... until they realised it wasn't. Evolution were great throughout though”

“I had a great experience with Evolution Funding when securing my car finance through a hire purchase agreement. The entire process was seamless and impressively efficient. Everything was handled online. I submitted my application late Saturday afternoon, got approval by Tuesday, and the dealership received the funds on Friday. By Saturday, I was driving my new car home. They were highly responsive and diligent, making everything clear and easy to follow. I felt well-supported the entire time. If you want a smooth, transparent process, I absolutely recommend them.”

“They hwlp3d me get a finance but the phone calls were a bit much, yes kept missing them but for legal reasons I couldn't answer the phone. Whwn I had chance no one was able to answer or the phone lines were closed. Took a while to realses the funds to dealership but. Other than that they are good with helping customers”

“I got accepted all sorted was arranging to get car then to get told finance company had changed mind as I have to cheat current finance first ?? I should not of been told I’m accepted if I’m not”

“I had an excellent experience with the customer service during my car purchase. The representative was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to assist me, took the time to explain everything clearly, and even managed to find me a lower APR than I expected. His dedication, knowledge, and genuine effort made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He did an absolutely fabulous job, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Highly recommended!”
