“Wouldn't recommend Evolution Funding to anyone. Awful customer service - kept blaming the lender for issues, ended up going direct to the lender and for everything sorted with them no issues. One of the call handlers at Evolution got snappy with me for asking a simple question. Dealership and I ended up getting it sorted with the lender yet Evolution still get their commission. I've sent a full complaint email to Evolution and haven't heard anything - not even an acknowledgement and it's been 3 days. DO NOT USE this company!”
