“Mercedes-Benz Colindale arranged for me to collect my vehicle, registration LN21 NHV, yesterday. However, they called to inform me that the funding had not been released by your company. They stated that the funding was mistakenly released for a different vehicle registration plate GN19 WBT. As a result, I was unable to collect my car. This has been extremely frustrating, as it has ruined my entire weekend plan. Mercedes-Benz Colindale's Business Manager, Dimithri, also mentioned that there was no one available on your end to rectify this error when they called. While I understand that human errors can happen and your service is generally good, I request that you urgently correct this funding issue so I can collect my vehicle as soon as possible.”

“I had more troubles withe your company than I have e er experienced before. Sending links that did not fully work, sending papers that could not print off, eventually sending g papers with illustration wording inbeded so we're not acceptable. Agents not conversing with each other so multiple phone calls unnecessary.”
