Very disappointed - placed my order stating the deadline we were working to & was assured that was all in good time (provided we made payment, which we did). However due to human errors in Production, we did not get our mugs in time. Only found out reasons for this by contacting them on the day the mugs should have arrived (was not contacted / warned in advance of this). Even more bizarrely, the now-unusable mugs were delivered the following working week after I had cancelled the order & asked for a full refund. Baffling to say the least.

Thanks for taking your time to leave a review. I have investigated this for you and spoke with James your account manager. While I appreciate your comments I cannot find any mention of a no fail delivery date and only a preferred date which would of been easily achieved, however after speaking to accounts we did not receive payment even though we chased on may occasions this would normally add a few days to your delivery date however i see from today goods were delivered on the Monday which would is 1 working day after your date mentioned above. Regarding your refund request this was made on the Friday 1 working day before delivery was made and by the time your call the mugs were printed and ready for dispatch. If you would like to discuss this further I would be happy to oblige. Regards The Management.

We were totaly disapointed with our 1 test order of bracelets. After the payment of the invoice to the UK company we received a shipment from Hong Kong so we have to arrange custums duty, additional costs of duty taxes and finally delay of the delivery and all this without prelimenary information from everythingbranded. We even didnt receive support for the custums duty untill we wrote to the top management of the company. So we consider the company us unraliable and cannot recommend it. Firstly thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. I am aware of your complaint ref custom charges. to my knowledge and email trail we made you totally aware on order about custom charges so I do feel this review is unfair on that basis. We also make it very clear on our website as you can see below. I have checked with production this morning and your goods have also been delivered as promised. ''17. Customs and overseas deliveries - For all our overseas deliveries we only use well known carriers including UPS, DHL and Fedex. Even though we do our best to include all custom charges there may be times that the country of origin will require the receiver to pay these charges for goods to be released. If you are outside of the UK and place an order with any of Charles Alexander Distributions group of websites, you are confirming that you are aware there is a chance of extra fees and that Charles Alexander Distribution is not liable for these costs and any delay that may be caused due to this. Please note that we will always help our clients in resolving any customs issues to the best of our ability, however sometimes depending on the country this can only be resolved locally.'' Going forward I will look at other ways of helping our overseas clients with duty however sometimes this has to be done locally which is explained at order.

Good delivery response but unfortunately the print quality on the stress balls I ordered was terrible - not only was it faint, it rubbed off very easily.

Firstly thanks for the time in leaving us a review even not positive. We are aware of this issue and our supplier who printed the items offered to collect the goods however you had gave the goods out so I am unsure how we could of resovled this. I am surprised that I have been asked for a review given that my order still has not arrived a week later than the due date. Very disappointed with how the whole thing has been handled.

Hi Ruth, We send out reviews automatically after 7-10 days as that is when over 90% of our orders are delivered. I have looked into your issue and as Nigel did explain to you your order was lost by DPD carriers something that sadly is out of our control and the downside on relying on third parties. You will be glad to know we have re printed your goods and they should be with you this week. Finally I would like to personaly appolgise about this delay and if you would like to discuss this more please call the office and ask for Paul. I have to admit though a 1 star review seems a bit harsh given the facts but we understand your annoyance at the situation.

- Did not deliver on time even though this was promised and so did not get my items in time for our event. - The staff at Everything Branded didn't seem to know who I was every time I phoned to enquire about my order - even though I had spoken to them numerous times. - It seemed like my order had been completely forgotten about until I had to remind them they day before my event. - Paid upfront for my order and then they also sent us another invoice asking to make payment again! Very poor customer service.

Hi Amy, Firstly I am very sorry your experience has not been upto our usual high standards but have to say shocked at your 1 star rating given the facts but we respect your review. As you are probably aware we use a network of suppliers in the UK and abroad and to our knowledge we had confirmation that delivery would be on Wednesday as agreed. After looking into this it turns out that due to human error this never happened, which is simply not good enough. I have spoke to john this morning and it turns out that we managed to deliver the goods in 2 days so you could still use them for your event so hope overall they were a success. I would love to discuss this in more detail and personally appolgise to yourself if you would like to call the office and ask for Paul I am available 8-6 in the working week. On a personal note I will be speaking to our management team and see what we could of done differently to eliminate this in the future but hope you can see by our history this is a one off that would never happen again. Thanks again for valued feedback.

I placed an order for our school and have been trying to receive our goods ever since. I have called so many times to speak to our account manager however I have not yet received any reply. Whilst I was chasing the order, Everything Branded was calling me for payment!!! It has now been 6 weeks and I am getting fed up with it all. No one is able to answer my calls and this is not good practice.

Hi Cloe, Firstly thanks for your valued feedback. Here at Everythingbranded.co.uk we take customer service very serious and as this is your 3rd order with us I must admit to being very suprised by your 1 star rating. Even so I really do understand your frustration and would like to explain why this has taken so long. After looking into this it turns out that your first order was infact lost with Fedex which can happen now and then I am afraid. We subsequently re ordered your bands but due to a festival in China this added some time to your order being processed. I have today checked and your bands will be with you in max 7 days I hope this give you the clarity you are looking for but if not I am happy to discuss this further if needed and can be reached in the office from 8.30-6pm daily.
