Our team of craftspeople respectfully blend a tiny amount of the ashes with the special resin in the chosen colour. Each of our exquisitely crafted pieces of jewellery contains a small cavity where the resin containing the cremation ashes is carefully entered layer upon layer.

The rings are lovely but the colour on the ring is very small, the photo in catalogue is misleading .looks bigger.

I had already had a pendant with my late husband’s ashes in which I was very happy with so I decided to order some earrings. Very disappointed with the size of the centre colour that holds the ashes. Very small, much smaller than it looks online.

A little disappointed that my dogs fur that was used in the bracelet only shows up as white when the sample sent was colour BELTON which is a tan and white fur. It is a pretty bracelet

I found the ring very attractive, but very lightweight also the purple piece with my mums ashes in is very thin which is very disappointing to me 🥲 on the other hand my dads ring was a double one and he was very pleased because he could see the ashes quite clearly in the blues and white I think Maybe I should have chosen a different style.

Larger than expected , lady on order desk said don’t need diamond dust but I feel it was needed . Not as nice as I anticipated . Took weeks to come as had gold but was packaged nicely .

We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery unfortunately the memorial ashes resin does not leave a sparkle affect and the combination of your ring choice and white resin the diamond dust would have little affect on this style. I am very happy with the look of my piece of jewellery however I was disappointed and upset that my ring was far to big. Whilst I understand this is down to my measurements I do think a more substantial ring measurer could be provided as the one used moves, especially when pushed over the knuckle. I was offered a better ring measurer once I contacted everwith which left me wondering why this isn’t used anyway for such a precious piece of jewellery. I understand this would be more expensive but I personally would have preferred to pay this extra and know that my ring was going to be perfect. It could even be added on to the cost of receiving all of the original information but refunded if it is returned with the order. I have now paid the £39 to have my ring resized and I am left waiting for the envelope to be sent so I can send my ring back. I have been waiting a week already and then I’m not sure how long it will take before I receive my ring back. I just want my ring now so I can keep my dad close to me.

A beautiful bracelet but very delicate I’ve already caught it and it snapped and I’m having to have it repaired

It is very nice but I thought it would be a little bigger the heart thankyou I think it is very expensive for what I got the chain is thin and the heart is small I think I have been ripped off with the necklace

I ordered a free pack and chose out a ring. It came within days and is absolutely stunning. My only concern is that the resin has scuffed in places already after less than a week wearing it and following their care advice. My review would be 5 stars otherwise because the whole process was easy and thoughtful.

When my ring arrived it was 2 sizes to big. I did the measurements 4 times to make sure it was correct. So was very upset as I can not where it. I was so excited to get it. I can have it made smaller at a cost by yourselves, which I think is unfair due to doing exactly what you advised. The ring is meant to be a special memory of my son and isn't. Beautiful ring expensive and in a draw.

Really pleased with my locket when it finally arrived. I placed my order and 2 weeks later emailed to ask about a delivery date they then phone to say it was out of stock. If I hadn't emailed I would have never known. Communication is very poor and rhat what disappointed me. When the locket finally arrived It was amazing and I ws so happy. Just a shame about the lack of communication

Ring is beautiful Communication was unfortunately poor. required the ring for an important date by the time I was informed it was out of stock I couldn’t go elsewhere in time so asked to be kept informed and never was I had to chase on several occasions then was informed further delays to ring size . Auntie was delighted with the ring so that’s all that matters just a shame on this account customer service was poor

Ordered a couple of signet rings. Well pleased with the results and costs. Very disappointed with the delivery period, advertised as 7 days stretched to more than 7 weeks.

I ordered over £3000.00 worth of jewellery for my family in remembrance of their dad and grandad of which all had diamond dust on each item costing an extra £25. I have just received part of my order after 8 weeks and now have to wait for three more items taking an extra 6 weeks because the order wasn't processes properly and they forgot 3 items which are mine the widow. The diamond dust on the orders was a complete waste of money and is almost non-existent hardly a sparkle at £25 extra. The jewellery is of a good quality but I am very disappointed over the extra costs I have paid on barely a sparkle. My only hope is when my 3 items finally come they will have the extra sparkle the others missed. My husband dad and grandad was a diamond in his own right. I strongly recommend DONT PAY EXTRA FOR DIAMOND DUST it is not noticeable.

I love my charm, but I was very concerned when I rang to see where my order was as the date that I had been given had passed. I was told over the phone that you had but even received my ashes yet, and then I questioned further was told oh we will get it out by the end of the following week. Obviously I was very concerned and called back and spoke to another agent who confirmed that you have received the ashes and that the person before had’nt read the bytes probably.
