My bracelet arrived in good time and on the whole I am pleased with the bracelet. However, the extension chain was 10cm not 5cm as shown on their website. This made the extension way too long and dangled down when wearing. I rung EverWith who said they had changed the length of the extensions to 10cm. This should have been updated on their website and the option for either 5cm or 10cm given. EverWith would not alter the extension and I had to go to a jewellers to have the extension shortened at a cost of £10 to me. There should be options for different length bracelets to be available.
